The Future of our Building

Our current school building opened in September 1949.  Since then over 27,000 students have walked the halls.  Today the school is crowded and in need of renovation.  Students, parents, communities and government officials all have ideas on how best to solve the issues, which are incredibly complex.  At this point, no one knows what the outcome will be.  To read the articles that have been published about the future of our school building, click 'Read More' below.

Maxalea

Congratulations to Maxalea and the McWilliams Family on 90 years in business!

Maxalea’s second generation owners are proud alumni of Towson High School.  Don McWilliams ’49 and his wife Ruth Ann Wilkinson McWilliams ’53, Jack McWilliams ’57, the late Sue Sands McWilliams ’57 and their son, John McWilliams ’84.  Alumna Michele Gaston McWilliams ’72 is a former employee and wife of current President, Michael McWilliams.
